I made the team!! Atlanta Steam Football Team
December 22, 2008

HEY!!!  I went and tried out this past Saturday for the Atlanta Steam and made QB (Quarter Back) position. YEEAAAHHHH!  Did you hear me scream? :-D  I am so excited.  I always wanted to play tackle football when I was about 10 or 11 years old and my mom and dad wouldn't let me, so now I get to and I get to wear a killer outfit at that!

The Lingerie Football Bowl is a pay per view event during the middle of the Super Bowl and now in 2009 they will be having televised games that will lead up to the Lingerie Bowl.

Check this out!

"Lingerie Football League introduces newest expansion team to the Eastern Conference (Atlanta, GA) In 2006, Los Angeles–based Horizon Productions created an exhibition league of beautiful women who played full-contact football games during the Super Bowls.  As a result of their success, the ten-teamed Lingerie Football League (LFL) is set to launch its first nationally televised season in September 2009.

The LFL will be introducing its newest expansion team to the Eastern Conference, the Atlanta Steam. On Saturday December 20th, a Red Carpet Kick-Off Event at Ten Pin Alley & Dolce in Atlanta will be the setting to introduce the city to its new Atlanta Steam.

This upscale brand of sports and entertainment takes Fantasy Football to a whole new level.   Visit our national website at www.lingeriebowl.com to learn more about this exciting league.

The practice will take place starting spring 2009."

Football Rawks!!  Maybe they will let me play the National Anthem on my guitar before the games and after we win the game my band will have a RawKiN' gig for everyone to come hang.   :-D

I will keep you posted as it would be cool to have you out at the games.  The schedule is posted for televised events on http://www.lingeriebowl.com .  I posted some pics at the red carpet event.  My photographer www.myspace.com/frameshot went with me to the tryouts and he is getting those over to me.  I will have them posted shortly.  So let me know what you think and throw me some comments on my pics?

YOU RawK!

Another band I'm playing in ... She-Ruption!!

I am currently working on my first rock album in Nashville.  Just recently I was asked by the ONLY ALL FEMALE Van Halen Tribute band to play the guitar part.  So for a super fun time I'm playing with them when I am not on the road racing cars, recording in Nashville, driving MoNsTeR trucks, dealing real estate, driving NHRA Nitro Funny Cars and Bikes, wakeboarding, running, modeling, scuba diving, etc.

Playing Mr. Ed Van Halen guitar parts are LOADs of work, but I really love it :-)  I've only been playing a couple of years so I am having to do double time with guitar.  The whole VH tribute is all in fun and nonstop entertainment.

I will keep you posted when gigs are going.  That way you can come out and say HEY to me :-D

I have some new group pics posted and you can check out and send a friend request to the group page http://www.myspace.com/sheruption

RawK ON!!!

Driving the Monster Truck Gravedigger!

I posted up photos of my Monster Jam Truck pics.

Have a RawKi N' Day!

Heather Williams and NEW Marketing Partner *Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp* Press Release.

Heather Williams Racing is teaming up with Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp rockcamp.com. Heather Williams is always looking to the future to figure out ways to improve the team and continue to raise the bar. "I am excited to partner with Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp because David Fishof, founder, is all about living the dream" said Heather Williams, ARCA Series Late Model race car driver.

Heather plays guitar and is currently recording her first rock album to be released later this year. When not on the race track or recording tunes in Nashville, you can find Heather working on the business side as a real estate agent. "I incorporate my business savy into my racing career. My passions are fueled by sales and marketing, therefore, I have established a solid marketing and media platform within my race program to strongly benefit my marketing partners" said Williams. "Since I am a musician, I can partner up with companies within the music industry and legitimately represent them.
Mr. Fishof is a very accomplished business man and I can easily relate to his drive and creativity."

Rock 'N' Roll Fantasy Camp is an event that can be experienced in one to five days. The five day experience is offered in New York, Las Vegas, London and Hollywood. It allows players of all levels together to share the stage with musicians such as Cliff Williams ( AC/DC ), Nick Mason ( Pink Floyd ), Joe Walsh ( The Eagles ), Roger Daltrey ( The Who ), Jack Blades ( Night Ranger and Damn Yankees ), Slash ( Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver ), Vince Neil ( Mötley Crüe ), Paul Stanley ( KISS ) and others. The one day camp includes opening for a major rock act and takes places in various cities across the United States.

The camp is becoming more of a cultural phenomenon and has been featured on television shows such as Ellen and The Simpsons (where Homer jams with Mick Jagger and Keith Richards ). It has been called the "most amazing rock 'n' roll lifestyle experience" by The Times and "brilliant" by Good Morning America .

Today is my day to BloG!  10-9-08

Managing my time is HaIR PuLLinG :-) My normal schedule I am up at 5:30AM to practice guitar 1.5hr, run 30 min, jump in the shower and be ready to go take on the real estate world, racing business and music business by 8AM.

I have to organize my day the night before so that I don't spend hours on the computer messing or talking on the phone to time wasters and not getting my daily goals done.  Myspace can be addicting :-D   I wish I could respond to every comment and email.  Please forgive me if I don't as it doesn't mean that I don't care it!

At lunch if I am still working from home I get in 30 min more of guitar.  Guitar is a massive stress release for me.  Plus when I am not practicing, there is someone else out there practicing that will take my opportunities away.  I have to be prepared for when opportunities arise and work hard on my homework :-)

After that, I'm back to business.  This could last 4-5hrs depending on the work load.  To me customer service is 1 and you will never be successful if you don't do what you need to do fast and immediate.

Once my business work is complete I am able to do whatever.  Which this week I have to write lyrics and compose melodies to the songs that were worked on this past weekend.  So today I will write probably for about 2 hrs, cook something healthy, play another 1 hr then mess on myspace for a few minutes.  Then in bed by 11pm.  The only time I watch TV is when I sit to eat.  I then only like to watch if it has been tivo'd so I don't have to watch commercials.

Main goal though is to get right at 6hrs sleep.  I wish I didn't have to sleep because I am losing 6hrs of doing nothing :-D I will survive though.  Just need more time, there is to much in the world that I want to do and accomplish.

Have a Productive day and RawK ON!!!  <3

ARCA Late Model Race car. Racing Update - Toledo Speedway Opener

Debi Domby had this to say on ARCAracing.com
"Heather Williams came up from Atlanta. Several things set her apart from the other drivers, besides the obvious thing, that she's a woman (the last time a woman ran in the SLMs on a local night at Toledo was Lori Bunge in 2005). Williams' vehicle of expertise is a motorcycle, participating in the Freestyle Motorcross division in ESPN's X Games and Great Outdoor Games.  Another thing, prior to tonight's race, she had only been to an oval track three other times - all testing (twice in the SLM and once in a midget). Tonight was her first time in an actual race ... and she starts on the pole in her heat. She led a lap or so before settling into a second place finish. "That was amazing. I had a blast out there," the enthusiastic rookie said after her heat.  Next up was the feature ... she stayed out of trouble and finished 13th, three laps down, without a mark on the car for the first night. "I brought the car home in one piece and no crashes or spins ... pretty good for my first night. Compared to the bike, this is a walk in the park. I have broke a total of 21 bones.  Most of them on the bike ... being enclosed in a car is much safer. The car's a bit underpowered, it's kind of like taking a knife to a gun fight.  I had a blast tonight!" said the driver of the #55.

Heather plans to run a full ARCA Late Model Series schedule in 2008 as sponsorship allows. If you're interested in sponsoring Heather or would like more information, please visit her website: www.heather-williams.com

New Sponsor PITSTER PRO UPDATE:
The Pitster Pro is definitely one of a kind. I've ridden numerous different pit bikes and right out of the crate this has to be the most powerful 125cc pit bike I have ever ridden!!! There is so much bottom end it is all I can do to hang on. It puts my 110 to shame. Check out the Pitster Pro ads in RacerX, Transworld, etc. I have just posted some new photos up of the pitster and we are working on a new pit bike track. Check out my picture page. Atlanta Journal Constitution UPDATE:

Running a Midget! Hickory, NC UPDATE:
JR Patton, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver sponsored by America's Most Wanted, gave me some pointers to get me rolling in on an oval track. Once I was rolling I didn't want to get out of the car. Learn how to take corners and easing hard into the throttle at the apex was amazing! Now I understand why JR is so passionate about racing. Your can view his info at http://www.jrpattonracing.com/home.htm I had no problem with going fast. I just wanted to see how hard I could come in and out of the corners. Brad Noffsinger guided me through everything. I couldn't have asked for a more professional instructor. Coming out of the 4th turn are two humps in the track that lifted the car slightly and in turning the front wheels it kicked the back end out and headed for the interior wall. Check out my video section to see the spin out! I had the whole thing under control, I promise!

NHRA Southern Nationals Commerce, GA UPDATE:
Real estate is unbelievably busy right now, but we couldn't ask for it any other way. This weekend will be loaded as well, come hang out with me. Monday I will be testing in the funny car with Rhonda Hartman-Smith and the Hartman Motorsports Team. Here is some pics from this weekend listed on dragracingonline.com. Linkage: http://www.dragracingonline.com/agent1320/2006/1320-viii_5-2.html

Atlanta Dragway, Commerce, GA Funny Car Testing UPDATE:
Testing in the funny car was very different to say the least. Having never driven a funny car I really didn't know to much to expect. I was given about 20 minutes of instructions before firing up and then when I started doing my burn out on the line the steering wasn't attached! Yikes, scarry! Thank the Lord I yanked back on the controls as I almost took off!

Gainesville Raceway, Gainesville, FL Pro Stock Bike Testing UPDATE:
I finally made all my passes and picked up my NHRA Pro Stock Bike license. Thanks to George Bryce, Chip Ellis and the Star Racing Crew I didn't fly of the back of the bike, crash out or better yet break any bones. The pro stock bike has allot more power than my dirtbike!! Linkage: http://www.starracing.com

Otsego Club National Snocross, Otsego Club, Gaylord, MI UPDATE:
It took me 14hrs to get from Atlanta to Gaylord and I think I am alittle tired. My flights were delayed for what seemed like weeks, I know that is alittle overboard, but that is what it felt like. I finally got to sleep around 4 AM and woke up aroung 8 AM because I just couldn't sleep. It's off to work and I am ready to go! I have had so much fun working with Rob Powers who is extremely talented in the hosting/announcing world. This weekend has been alot of work since we had to make up the races from the Amsoil Duluth National plus stay on schedule with this weekends events. Now I can talk a long time, starting Saturday I have done interviews, play by play & announced ALL day long, and I am loving it! Linkage: http://www.wsaracing.com/portalpak/default.asp

Amsoil Duluth National, Duluth, MN UPDATE:
The snow is absolutely gorgeous! I just left ATL and it was 67 degrees now it is 17 degress here in MN. The whole weekend has been a blast, plus I got to spend Thanksgiving playing in the snow with Pros of the Snocross World. I have to say interviewing Tucker Hibbert was one of my biggest highlights! I've seen him racing AMA Supercross. I have always been impressed with a multitalented man. Sunday horrible weather attacked Duluth so racing was cut short.
