Egg White Nutrition In 15 Minutes

I made these quick on the go egg white muffin snacks.  They are super duper easy to make and it took my Betty Crocker wanna be self 15 minutes, if that.  I enjoy cooking healthy and always looking for new ideas for healthy snacking for on the go.

This recipe is about as simple as pie!  Although a humongous warm apple pie would be nice to have right now, these egg white muffins will have to do.

Ok, here we go!

1.  Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Spray muffin tin with non stick butter spray or pam.

3.  Pour egg whites in cups and place pan in over for approx. 15 minutes.  I start watching them around 12 minutes.

4.  Yank them out and wah-lah you have some protein snacks to take with you on the fly.

  1. Hmmm, Im getting ready to do a 10 juice reboot. I may look at doing this about 2 weeks after that. Im not sure I will like it, but I will try with a couple…… maybe. :-)

    What is that Damon? You will like the little muffins. They are just easy on the go. They do need salt though :D
