Happy Father’s Day!

Finally got in bed last night around 1:30AM, so that really doesn’t make it last night , and up at 7AM.  We have been working so hard on my site www.heather-williams.com with some new pages that aren’t posted yet.  I can’t give all the details yet of the new domain name for the forum or what it’s all about, but basically it’s a place to find some DRIVE and if you have some pass it along to others!  I’m gonna be quite about it cause I don’t want to give away to much info before it’s time to.

I have right at 900 hits daily on my site and I get a great deal of emails.  Most of them pertaining to fitness, abs, weight loss, broke bones, drive, motivation, opportunities, work ethic and time management tips, etc.  I have had quiet a few emails with great weights loss journeys that are so inspiring.  Then some stories that are accomplishments that have nothing to do with health, diet and exercise.  They definitely motivate me to keep my act on track.

I’m trying to pull myself away from the computer the past couple of days because I can’t stop working on the new templates, css, styles, etc for the upgrades to the site.  The boat is loaded so it’s time to hit the lake for some wakeboarding then back to work for a few hours. Don’t know how I’m gonna survive hanging out on the boat when my mind is stuck on finishing up the forum design, working on some new guitar parts for the music demos we are trying to finish up, planning out my days for this coming week for my meals and work out training for the triathlon and work schedule.  Plus, on top of that I have a real estate client we have to do the inspection for during her due diligence period which is on Monday and my quarterly taxes are due next week   Oh yea, plus working on finishing up the new designs for the clothing line.  I just have to pick away at them one by one.

  Most important part of the day I’m heading to see my Dad this evening.  HAPPY FATHER’s DAY to all the Dads!  I am so greatful to have a SUPERSTAR like mine   It’s so nice to have holidays throughout the year that we can all show gratitude and give to someone else.  Doesn’t matter if you parent is alive or has passed.  There are so many dad’s around you that you can at least make their day by saying HAPPY FATHER’s DAY!  So here is my shout to all the father’s – Thank you and HAPPY DAD’s Day! <3
