Gonna Do It!
Yepeee! Finally got my own BLOG page up and running. Took me forever, but I like it. The main purpose of the NEW BLOG page on my heather-williams.com site was to allow me to keep a journal of some of activities, travels and especially my physical training.
I consistently get questions on MySpace, Facebook and Twitter about my eating habits, abs, fitness routine and DRIVE attitude I work at to keep my energy high, staying in shape and keeping my abs visible :-)
So I thought it would be appropriate to log my journey to track down 2 triathlons this summer. One is in August and the other in September. I have also recruited one of my girlfriends to do the tri with me since she has some eating habit changes and weight loss goals she’s wanting to hit. I would post her name, but she hasn’t logged-in yet to comment so we will see what she posts her name up as.
I would LoVe your feedback, comments, critiquing. etc. Just don’t curse me out quite yet
The system is pretty easy to use and you should be able to post up as much as you want as well you can select to be notified when someone else posts up. You can post up your avatar as well.
I always make sure my actions speak louder than my words so I will be posting photos & videos throughout the process.
The other things I left out the are apart of my life that I will include in on are my other extreme activities and my business. We will be jumping dirt bikes, closing real estate transactions, doing photo shoots, rocking out with my band and shredding on the guitar, seeing how obsessive time management wierdo I have become
, wakeboarding, my contracting company, my dogs and I still have to keep the house clean and the yard landscaped! So what do you think? You with me?
I’m soo excited we are off on the journey together! Let me know if you’re running road races? doing any tri’s? what your health short and long term goals are for the summer?
To comment, just click the Comment post-it note at the top right of this blog. So whose’s my FIRST?! YOU ROCK!
Hi Heather.. very cool and inspirational you are! Awesome blog! I wish you and everyone the best in achieving any positive health or life goals that you have! You ROCK my friend!!!
Mate, you have convinced me. I don't triathlon but I do stuff that I would do better if I was fitter. Over the past 8 months my time management has fallen in a hole and the whole fitness thing went off the radar. I may be physiologically different to you but if I can use your encouragement and example to get me back into some sort of fitness regime, I'll take it. If you can keep fit with your schedule it should be easy for me – I'll tag along
It's all good Heather!!

Triathlons sounds awesome. I've been thinking about one myself, but unfortunately, I'm only fit for the running part, so I might do a marathon instead
Thanks for always being positive!!

YOU ROCK!! ;^} Just be careful!! Tragic accidents can happen out of nowhere & unfortunately just today I have heard of a fatal accident involving a young lady racing a quad. R.I.P. Madeleine 15 years young.
I love it!!!
Now I get to stalk you on a brand new site!!!
Hugs,
Naz
Hey heather, just a suggestion – can you change the color of the font on this site… it is hard to read against the background (change it to white or something light).
Now… if people want some encouragement to get tough and get your act together, check out Mike's site.

Mike was a triathlete who was hit by a truck while bike riding last year. His doctors were talking about turning off his life support yet he is now working on walking just 12 months later!
You think you have challenges in life?
