Biking and bed
I’m ready to hit the bed! Ok, I started on the bike today. Did 45 minutes on the stationary bike. Now my tailbone hurts
I have a spinning bike that is just like what’s a gym has. I just need a fantastic spinning instructor to look at!
My agenda is to run or swim tomorrow. Not sure which yet. Kinda depends on how the day goes. I’m gonna take my nephew with me and one of the crew guys from my contracting company and cut some lawns. I love taking days to do labor work with the crew. I’m never to big to do some weed eating
I will have a great day of heat and cardio.

I keep track of my food intake on http://www.fitday.com. It’s an excellent way to calculate what you eat. You type it in and it counts it for you. I try to intake my weight in protein daily.
