Starting my GOAL page up!
My current physical goals – 2 triathlons this summer. One in August and one in September.
I haven’t been training consistently because of my work load (home life, contracting company, music/band, etc.). No matter what, for me, I need to be physically active everyday. The oxygen to my brain helps me stay successful in my work load listed above. So, I will start posting up everyday how I am eating, exercising, and my schedule to reach my triathlon goals. I really want to do this because I feel soo bad out of shape
I don’t care if I have to walk or crawl during the triathlon just as long as I finished. I picked a SPRINT triathlon to do because it is the shortest distance of triathlons. In a SPRINT you swim 400m, bike 12mi, and run 3.1mi. Today is June 22nd and the date of the of the first tri is August 9th so I have 6 weeks and 6 days to get whipped into shape. The next section I need to MASSIVELY work on is my eating habits they are also
That is because I have let my work load get out of hand and haven’t set aside 30min. or more day to put Oxygen in my system. I know all the benefits so you don’t have to tell me!
I’m 5′9″ right at 140lbs. and I would like to be at 130lbs fit when it comes time for my triathlon race. Then I can re-group, see where I am at and set new goals for the September triathlon. I like doing that because these are short term goals and when I accomplish short term goals they boost my confidence level and keep me rolling during those bad eating, no oxygen days. I will even break down my goals on my running, biking and swimming times after a week or so of training, this will allow me time to assess where I am at and where I need to be.

If you can place in the top 10 at that Triathlon , I will make a promise to you ..I will promise you even if it kills me , that I will be below 300 pounds by the end of September ..I am doing great on my eating And getting better at exercising thanks to IGotDrive.
